It all starts after my own journey...

And they are sure a lot for our advisor alone!

Club Activities
In order to help teams brainstorm, we host a workshop for lean canvas that each group will complete and present !
These are the photos of our workshop !
Through the preparation process, I checked their materials, gave advices, and guided them through their business proposal.
I shared the past examples, helped them to narrow down problems and targets, and research about local regulations.
I also shared on how to present the overall presentation and provide suggestions on their videos and websites.
Fun fact...!
The lastest time I stayed in school is 11:30 pm! This record was not created during I preparing for my own project, but when I was helping other teams. That day was 12/30, one day before the first round of final submission. I checked the materials they wrote and watched many of them submit in front of me. That's was such a memorable moment for me !
More preparations...
After the first round, 9 out of 11 groups successfully passed to the China Finals
More organizing activities continued....
The finals are still in Shanghai, however the hotel that the Challenge is on is also hosting for F1 race in Shanghai. The Rooms were quickly depleted, and I organized the collection of room fees for each team to reserve the rooms.
Moreover, I gathered how different teams will arrive to Shanghai and organize time for them to go through mock presentations with me and the advisor to make sure everything works.

Three days like a dream...
First day is the feast!

I got my food at 6 pm but this is the time when the presentation at night started, so I eat while they go through their mock presentation with me.
When I finished this, it's almost 9 pm !
The award
I'm waiting for this moment...
Actually when I was planning and thinking if I will go to Shanghai this time I knew that the committee will prepare and gave me an award but the when the whole thing was actually happening it's still very surprising !
I got invited to the front roles and to sit with the teachers and other guests, and when the host called my name, under the spot light, I was so proud. I even heard my friends calling my name at the end of the room !
Maybe I am an outstanding club leader..!
Future plans...
2025-2026 Conrad Challenge ended, and this year, out of our 9 teams, we got 2 silver and 2 bronze, an award much improved since last year and it's a new record! We also have many small awards like best table, best innovation, and best cooperation. The flag of our school was presented on stage many, many times...
This year I'm already a senior, and yet I will still participate and help the new teams prepare for this year's Conrad Challenge. After all, there are so much to learn from last year's experience !
The third year with this Challenge, and I'm still trying to make a difference, and I did !
Like the slogan for the Challenge say, maybe I am designing tommorrow today...
